Since 1992, we have been driven to install home exterior products that not only make coming home happy, but also maximize investment. And it shows as we’ve grown ClearView to over 4000+ customers across Baltimore and surrounding counties. From the first days of handwriting contracts on our dining room table to today’s AI savvy software, we have focused on beautifying homes in community after community. We are deeply rooted, and faith based.

OUR HISTORY

Sam Hammaker founded ClearView Window and Door Company in 1992, when he began as a one-man operation installing windows and storm doors with a showroom based in Parkville on Putty Hill Avenue. With rising electricity costs came increased popularity of energy-efficient replacement windows, and the business grew with the increased demand in the late 1990s. With only word of mouth advertising, steady growth continued into the 2000s. The Marvin Windows line was added to ClearView’s product line in 2007, along with roofing, siding and general home improvement projects. The Hunt Valley showroom opened in 2011 to cater to the growing client base in the Hunt Valley, Timonium and Lutherville areas.
